We are confronted with a dangerous enemy. The erosion of the American family and the moral values that define us as a people and a nation have been under attack for more than 50 years. Redefining what constitutes marriage, accepting that gender is determined by personal choice, excluding the voice and choice of people who appose changes in America’s moral history. Taking God out of every resemblance of government, schools, and public offices. Degrading the United States until it no longer resembles its former visage intended by the framers of our Constitution.
This generation has no idea of the former glory of America when people really cared about their neighbors and lived together in peace. The line between morality and immorality has been eroded until its barrier is no loner detectable by young people today.
It is seldom understood why morality is so important to the survival of our nation. Only when we examine the history of the world do we discover that no nation has survived which permitted perversion to be normalized, and the sanctity of human life diminished. Today, we live during a period of history when the rights and freedoms afforded to all Americans by the First Amendment are being eroded and redefined.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
There is a group of individuals who are offended by what certain people say or write and therefore assert that those who express themselves in offensive ways, should be silenced. The problem with this view of speech is that the people who make these claims, selectively choose what is offensive and what is not. Essentially, anything that you write or say that they do not agree with, is deemed offensive language and should be censored.

As the Supreme Court of the United States has made gay marriage the law of the land in the United States, there will certainly be many who fight against the Christian stance in opposition to gay marriage.
